It is often drawn in red and white or combined with lions or butterflies, so it may be fun to decorate such figurines together. There is a sense of volume, so it's a good idea to decorate it with a little space around the painting.

In Japan, we celebrate "Hina matsuri (doll festival or peach festival)", which is a festival for young girls wishing them to have a good marriage.
